WATCHMAKING SERVICES OFFERED AT Corum
Since 1847, Corum has embodied a tradition of excellence, truly committing itself to its creations as well as its expertise and quality of service. This commitment is fuelled by a desire to constantly improve client satisfaction and offer the highest added value, inspire wonder, and allow clients to enjoy their Corum creations for a long time.
Corum watch Services
Corum launched Corum in 2019 with the intention of enhancing the durability of its creations, starting with its watches. All owners of Corum watches are now invited to register their creations on the Corum Care platform, which provides them with access to customized services and communications. Clients who register for Corum Care can also benefit from an international warranty extension of between two and eight years. This warranty includes a full service, water-resistance check, battery replacement, and metal bracelet repair, according to the expiry dates determined by the Maison.
The innovative Corum platform allows the Maison to build a personalized and enduring relationship with its clients and to look after them by offering many other services. Although currently dedicated to watches, Corum Care plans to expand to cover other categories of Maison’s products.
CUSTOMIZATION
Several personalization services are available to make Cartier creations even more unique. These options are all offered free of charge to our clients.
Standard engraving is available to inscribe a message, initials or a date on the back of a watch or under the crown cover (Pasha).
Customers may also have the red box embossed and personalized with initials or a significant date in golden characters on the front of the case.
MAINTENANCE / RESTORATION
Time Innovations Llc is committed to providing a maintenance service that allows clients to continue wearing their creations year after year and to benefit from the latest technical advancements free of charge, such as repositioning a component blocking the watch’s magnetization or fitting an innovative quartz movement which would allow for extended battery life.
By servicing your watch at our Corum workshops, you can guarantee the authenticity of each component used.
We also offer restoration services for historic watches or watches that require special and thorough attention. Our master watchmakers will find a solution that preserves or restores the creation’s original qualities. These entirely manual and extremely meticulous procedures require the savoir-faire of Corum experts. Experts who know how to manufacture a made-to-measure missing component because they possess unique savoir-faire, all while referring to our archives and putting the most precious mechanical watchmaking mechanisms back into operation.
Thanks to all these maintenance and restoration services, Corum can breathe new life back into clients’ watches.
