Your prestigious timepiece deserves the highest level of expertise, and we are proud to offer high-quality workmanship at Time Innovations Inc. Every timepiece that leaves our facility is wrapped in expert workmanship.
We offer a one-year warranty on each complete overhaul.
Restoration on cherished vintage Timepieces and Estate Pieces, such as family pieces with sentimental value to be preserved and passed down from generation to generation.
CUSTOMIZATION
Several personalization services are available to make Cartier creations even more unique. These options are all offered free of charge to our clients.
Standard engraving is available to inscribe a message, initials or a date on the back of a watch or under the crown cover (Pasha).
Customers may also have the red box embossed and personalized with initials or a significant date in golden characters on the front of the case.
MAINTENANCE / RESTORATION
Cartier is committed to providing a maintenance service that allows clients to continue wearing their creations year after year and to benefit from the latest technical advancements free of charge, such as repositioning a component blocking the watch’s magnetization or fitting an innovative quartz movement that would allow for extended battery life.
By servicing your watch at our Cartier workshops, you can guarantee the authenticity of each component used.
We also offer restoration services for historic watches or watches that require special and thorough attention. Our master watchmakers will find a solution that preserves or restores the creation’s original qualities. These entirely manual and extremely meticulous procedures require the savoir-faire of Cartier experts. Experts who know how to manufacture a made-to-measure missing component because they possess unique savoir-faire, all while referring to our archives and putting the most precious mechanical watchmaking mechanisms back into operation.

Case refinishing
Case refinishing is A process in which a watch case is brought back to life.
Here at Time Innovations we maintain the case aesthetics and restore your timepiece to its original condition.
Authorized
A Fine Watchmaking repair shop approved through a rigorous selection process meeting the highest technical quality requirements of Swiss watchmaking and is entitled to service your watch. We are Time Innovations, LLC.
